    Works Carried Out

This building is cleaned by our team of Rope Access Technicians (Abseilers), they use rope access techniques to clean the external windows, frames and cladding. The challenge associated with the initial clean was to complete prior to the opening of the hotel and offices, which meant a strict schedule had to be adhered to in order to meet the needs of the client.

Before we carry out any work, comprehensive site-specific Risk Assessments & Method Statements are provided along with a full Health and Safety information pack.
